Brain Burgers and The Walking Dead

Personal Chefs can cater for all needs. Today we were proud to be involved in the launch of “The Walking Dead” which hit Camden market today.  We were asked to source a top chef who could put together a Zombie menu for a PR event – and our chef, Street Kitchen’s Mark Jankel.

The Menu:

Big Brain Burger

Brain burger with smoked mustard mayo, lettuce and cheese in a sesame seed bun

Crispy Brain Dippers

Crispy chunks of brain with barbecue sauce

Brain Salad Wrap

Crispy chunks of brain with wild rocket and tarragon mayo

Sides:

Feet and Thyroid Nuggets

Nuggets of pig’s feet and cow thyroid with herb mayo

Skewered Hearts

Grilled beef heart skewers with horseradish mayo
